We're still crossing our fingers that under-18s will be able to return to the studios from 19th April. Plans are being laid for a return with social distancing in place and the caution that we exercised previously between lockdowns.
Parents of all pupils currently taking online classes with us should have received an email dated 20th March confirming next term's timetable.
If your child did not take part in online classes and you want him/her to resume face-to-face classes next term please confirm by email. You too should have received an email asking you to do so.
Parents who had previously contacted me and were waiting for a place, should equally have received an email dated 20th March. Please check your junk folder before contacting me if you haven't received this.
Let's hope that we have just one more week of Zoom classes and that we see each other next term, not just across a screen!
So we have a roadmap, but unfortunately schools reopening to pupils does not include ballet schools. We have to wait longer, but hope to be back in the studios after Easter, from the week of 19th April. Meanwhile we continue zooming! I shall write to all parents of registered pupils at the end of this school term to confirm the Summer timetable.
Wishing all reading this best wishes for strength, calm, good health and optimism for 2021.
We are responsible as a school for keeping records for Track & Trace. Parents are obliged to report any instances of mandatory isolation and the results of Covid tests, negative or positive, to the School Principal. Thank you for your cooperation. Let's keep on dancing!
